Welcome to the Faculty Onboarding Workshop. This professional development workshop was developed to support faculty members transitioning into academic teaching roles within the Division of Nursing. Throughout the workshop, participants will explore academic role expectations, instructional systems and tools, curriculum and assessment practices, and effective teaching and student engagement strategies. Participants are encouraged to actively engage in the workshop activities, discussions, and reflections and, with ongoing support from their assigned faculty mentor, utilize the provided resources and apply workshop content to support a successful transition into the faculty role.
